With over 300 students enrolled, our dedicated team of 6 part-time high school teachers, 6 teacher-students who are currently pursuing university degrees, and 6 full-time teachers, we work hard to support the educational needs of each student.However, the demand for individualized attention is growing. With such a large student body, our current teaching staff faces challenges in providing personalized mentorship for each child.

Our teachers juggle responsibilities across daycare and primary school, leaving limited time for in-depth, one-on-one support. This is where individual mentoring becomes crucial – to ensure that each student receives the time, care, and focus they deserve.

We believe that in order to maintain a high standard of education and to ensure that each child can reach their full potential, we need to expand our teaching team and provide more individualized attention.

What We Need:

To effectively implement individual mentoring, we need to expand both our teaching staff and resources. Specifically, we require:

‍Increased Number of Qualified Teachers with Stable Salaries: Hiring additional skilled educators will allow us to lower the teacher-student ratio and provide more personalized support for each child. Offering stable salaries will ensure long-term commitment and improve the quality of education.

We need essential materials to support diverse learning needs. This includes:

‍Learning Materials: Textbooks, workbooks, and subject-specific resources for different grade levels.

Supplementary Resources for Special Needs: Visual aids, audio materials, and tools for students with learning difficulties.

‍Creative Supplies: Art materials, craft supplies, and hands-on learning resources to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and interactive learning.

‍IT Equipment: Computers, tablets, and other digital tools to help implement interactive learning and online educational platforms. This is particularly important as we seek to bring technology into the classroom, allowing for personalized, self-paced learning.
